Role - Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Job Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience in retail store operations or management.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Strong understanding of retail operations principles, including inventory management, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention measures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
