Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

- Oversee mobile sales, counter sales, retail sales, and retail store operations to drive business growth.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in retail or related field (preferably from telecom industry).

- Solid understanding of mobile phones and their features.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
