Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and monitoring product quality and presentation.

Manager will handle cash management, inventory control, and ordering, while maintaining hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. The role involves resolving customer concerns, implementing promotional activities, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Manager will also train and coach team members, track performance metrics, and report operational updates to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive guest experience and handle customer feedback effectively.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills to interact with guests, guide team members, and coordinate with management.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills to oversee operations, scheduling, inventory, and staff supervision in a retail or food service environment.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention awareness to manage cash handling, minimize shrinkage, and maintain compliance with store policies.
- Previous experience in retail, QSR, or café management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
