Coremile is looking for an energetic and hands-on Store Manager to lead dark store operations and drive effective, high-speed order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage pick-pack-dispatch operations and delivery SLAs
- Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy and manage stock control
- Lead and schedule pickers, packers & delivery personnel
- Monitor store expenses, resource utilization and assets
- Coordinate with supply chain, category and last-mile teams
- Drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, dark store, retail or supply chain operations
- Quick Commerce / E-commerce / FMCG experience preferred
- Proficiency in WMS, ERP tools & real-time dashboards
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 dark store setup
