Job Summary The Store Incharge will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the store, including team management, customer service, stock coordination, dispatch, cash monitoring, housekeeping, safety, and store compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store as per company standards.
- Supervise staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and daily work allocation.
- Conduct daily team meetings and monitor target/performance updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor stock availability, reconciliation, audits, and wastage control.
- Ensure timely customer deliveries and follow up on pending orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor cash, bank reconciliation, expenses, refunds, and credit recovery.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, housekeeping, 5S, and overall presentation.
- Monitor CCTV,



security, gate passes, parking, and safety compliance.
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of store infrastructure and equipment.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and registers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
