Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Pizza Hut restaurant and ensure smooth store functioning.

- Drive sales, profitability and business growth as per company targets.

- Manage and monitor P&L;, food cost, labour cost and controllable expenses.

- Ensure an excellent guest experience and maintain high customer service standards.

- Drive suggestive selling, upselling and add-on sales to improve store revenue.

- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling and team productivity.

- Lead, coach, train and motivate the restaurant team to achieve business and operational goals.

- Ensure adherence to Pizza Hut SOPs, food safety, hygiene and quality standards.

- Monitor inventory, stock availability and wastage control.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.

- Ensure compliance with HR, statutory and operational requirements.

- Conduct regular team briefings and drive employee engagement and performance.

- Monitor store performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

- Maintain a protected,



clean and positive working environment for all team members.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduation is mandatory.

- 25 years of relevant experience in QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail or Food & Beverage operations.

- Candidates with prior experience as Restaurant Manager / Store Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager will be preferred.

- Strong leadership, team management and people-handling skills.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Strong understanding of sales, profitability, P&L; and cost control.

- Ability to drive sales through upselling and suggestive selling.

- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and hygiene standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays as per business requirements.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Customer-focused, result-oriented and proactive approach.
