Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading the team, and delivering an excellent in-store experience that reflects Neeman’s brand values. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Manager will handle inventory management, visual merchandising, and store upkeep, while monitoring sales performance and implementing initiatives to achieve targets. The role also involves training and coaching team members, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail store management or supervisory roles, preferably in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop store personnel.
- Solid customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, handle concerns, and drive conversion and repeat business.
- Experience with inventory control, stock management, and basic merchandising practices to maintain an organized and visually appealing store.
- Competence in cash handling, POS systems, and basic reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment.
- Understanding of retail KPIs and ability to use data to improve store performance and achieve sales targets.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and ownership, with a customer-focused and sustainability-minded approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
