We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage showroom operations, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the showroom team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.

- Drive sales and profitability for pre-owned vehicles.

- Manage inventory, pricing, and vehicle availability.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Executives, CREs, and support staff.

- Track KPIs, sales performance, and operational metrics.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

- Prepare regular sales and operational reports.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

- Prior experience managing an automotive showroom/dealership.

- Experience in pre-owned/used vehicle or two-wheeler sales preferred.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Solid team management, communication, and customer-handling skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of CRM/DMS and automotive sales software preferred.
