Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and inventory management. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating material receipts and dispatches, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring proper storage of HVAC equipment and components.

The Store

Manager will monitor material movement, implement retail loss prevention measures, and maintain clear documentation and reporting. The position also involves collaborating with procurement and project teams,



ensuring timely availability of materials, and maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with teams, vendors, and clients, and to maintain clear records and reports.
- Candidates should possess store management skills, including inventory control, stock organization, and process compliance.
- Candidates should possess retail loss prevention skills, with a focus on safeguarding inventory and minimizing discrepancies or wastage.
- Experience in HVAC, construction, or related technical stores is beneficial, along with familiarity with basic inventory software or ERP systems.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
