Store Manager – Fashion Retail

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage our fashion retail store, drive sales, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Manage, train, and motivate the store team.

- Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.

- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.

- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalations.

- Manage daily/weekly sales reports, expenses, and store operations.

- Coordinate with HO for stock planning, promotions, and launches.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of fashion/apparel retail experience.

- 1–2 years of team handling/store management experience.

- Solid sales, leadership, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of fashion, fabrics, brands, and trends.

- Experience with POS/billing and inventory systems.

- Graduate preferred.
