Airattix is looking for a Store Manager to manage our Luggage Storage Experience Centre in Varanasi.

If you have experience managing a retail store, showroom, experience centre, hospitality outlet or customer-facing business, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and handle customer queries.
- Lead, train and manage the store team.
- Ensure accurate luggage receiving, tagging, storage and handover.
- Drive bookings, sales and store revenue.
- Maintain store cleanliness, security and operational standards.
- Maintain daily reports and coordinate with the central team.
- Build relationships with nearby hotels,



hostels and travel businesses to generate bookings.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management, hospitality, travel or customer experience.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a team and take complete ownership of a store.
- Sales-oriented with good operational discipline.
- Comfortable working in shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Hindi + English communication skills preferred.
- Experience in a tourist/high-footfall location is a plus.
