Job Summary:

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the timely receipt and dispatch of materials, maintaining records, and upholding FIFO and hygiene standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to daily operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the PO Receiving Book accurately on a daily basis.
- Share the daily PO Receiving Book photo in the Store Group with the concerned manager.
- Complete GRN punching for all received materials on a daily basis.
- Ensure all material transfers are completed and recorded daily.
- Conduct FIFO stock management and maintain proper product arrangement.
- Carry out store deep cleaning every Thursday and maintain hygiene standards.
- Complete daily filing and documentation of store records.
- Take daily SOH (Stock on Hand) and update the inventory sheet accurately.
- Handle Dry Store dispatches for Central Kitchen (CK) and Bakery as per the approved PO.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Central Kitchen,



Bakery and Operations teams for smooth material movement.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of all inventory to minimize wastage, shortage and stock variance.

Requirements

- 1 –2 years of experience as a Store Keeper / Inventory Executive, preferably in QSR, Café, Restaurant or Food Industry.
- Basic knowledge of GRN, PO, SOH, FIFO and inventory management.
- Positive documentation and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
