About Miicron

Miicron Wires & Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is a specialty chemical manufacturer producing **Phenol Blocked Isocyanates, Organic Titanates, Specialty Polyesterimide Resins and other custom specialty chemicals.

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage material receipt, storage, inventory control and material issue activities at our manufacturing facility in Palghar.

Job Summary The Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, proper storage, complete material traceability and timely material availability for production and other plant requirements.

The candidate should have experience in stores operations within a chemical manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environment and should be comfortable handling raw materials, consumables, engineering spares and hazardous chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, verify and record incoming raw materials, consumables, spares and other materials.

Ensure proper storage, identification and traceability of all materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and physical stock registers/bin cards.

Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, Quality and other departments against approved requisitions.

Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous chemicals, solvents, catalysts and other sensitive materials.

Maintain GRNs, material issue records, stock registers, bin cards and other stores documentation.





Conduct regular physical stock verification and investigate stock differences.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC/Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch for material availability.

Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight critical or shortage items.

Ensure complete batch and material traceability throughout the stores process.

Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards within the stores area.

Support internal, customer and statutory audits with accurate documentation and records.

Follow company requirements related to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001.

Ensure safe working practices and compliance with chemical storage and handling procedures.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stores/inventory reports as required.

Required Qualification:-

Graduate in any discipline.

Diploma / Certification in Stores, Materials Management or Supply Chain will be an advantage.

Required Experience:-

Minimum 5 years of experience in Stores / Warehouse operations.

Experience in a chemical manufacturing company is preferred.

Candidates from specialty chemicals, polymers, resins, paints & coatings, adhesives or industrial chemicals will be preferred.

Location Preference:-Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in or around:

Palghar, Boisar, Tarapur, Dahanu, Vangaon, Safale, Manor and nearby areas of Palghar District.
