Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (General Shift)

Additional Earnings: Incentives + Overtime (OT)

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage daily store operations, stock handling, inventory records, and material movement. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory activities.
- Receive, check, and properly store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or requirements.
- Handle inward and outward movement of materials.
- Issue materials based on approved requirements.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and other internal teams.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Prepare basic stock and inventory reports.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Store, Inventory, Warehouse, or a related role.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple store-related activities efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

- Freshers: Approximately ₹15,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Performance-based incentives are available.
- Overtime payment will be provided as applicable.
- With incentives and overtime, total monthly earnings may reach up to approximately ₹25,000, depending on performance and eligible overtime.
- Food provided by the company.

Note: The fixed salary is ₹15,000–₹20,000 based on experience. Incentives and overtime earnings are additional and are subject to eligibility and company policy.
