: Manage daily store and warehouse activities for solar products and materials. Receive, check, and arrange solar panels, inverters, cables, structures, accessories, and other materials . Maintain proper stock records and inventory updates .
Prepare materials for customer/site dispatch as per requirements. Coordinate with the Project, Purchase, Sales, and Service teams for material requirements. Check quantity and condition of materials before dispatch.
Prepare delivery challans, dispatch documents, and stock reports . Ensure proper packing, loading, and unloading of materials. Track dispatched materials and coordinate with drivers/transporters. Maintain a clean and organized store.
Report damaged, missing, or low-stock materials to the management. Follow proper safety procedures while handling solar materials.
