Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Keeper Executive to manage day-to-day store activities in our foundry and casting manufacturing facility. The candidate should have good knowledge of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, inventory control, material receipt and issue, preferably with experience in the foundry/casting industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities of the Stores Department.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain proper records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, tools, and other inventory items.
- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments as per authorized requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, bin cards, GRN, material issue slips, and inventory records.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned department about reorder requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock with system/records.
- Maintain proper FIFO and ensure safe storage of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Accounts departments regarding material requirements and discrepancies.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices within the store area.




- Maintain records and documentation as required for ISO/IATF systems and internal/external audits.
- Follow company procedures related to material handling, safety, security, and inventory control.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Graduate in any discipline; additional qualification in Stores, Supply Chain, or Material Management will be an advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in Stores, preferably in a Foundry / Casting / Engineering Manufacturing Industry.
- Valuable knowledge of foundry raw materials, consumables, maintenance spares, and engineering items will be preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally or inventory management software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong inventory management and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/foundry environment.
- Knowledge of 5S, FIFO, stock verification, and material traceability will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working or having previous experience in Foundry, Casting, Auto Components, Engineering, or Manufacturing Industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
