We are looking for a Store Executive to manage daily store and stock-related work. The person will handle material movement, stock records, production requirements, and coordination with Purchase and Accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue materials to Production (MI & SMD) as required.
- Prepare and manage Transfer Orders for sales orders.
- Create new product codes in Zoho.
- Prepare purchase indents as required.
- Coordinate with the Purchase team for raw material requirements.
- Check and maintain stock in and stock out records in Zoho.
- Label and maintain raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Accounts after GRN for invoice/bill updates.
- Prepare packages against sales orders and follow up with Accounts for invoices.
- Check physical stock received from Production and match it with Transfer Orders.
- Support raw material planning for production.
- Maintain records of rejected, damaged, excess and old/obsolete materials.
- Monitor slow-moving and excess stock.
- Maintain proper store records and ensure stock accuracy.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Store / Inventory / Warehouse.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and material handling.
- Experience with Zoho or any ERP software will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
