Responsibilities:

- Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.

- Checking Material Inward and Outward

- Making entries of material inward and outward

- Daily material consumption entries

- Prepare and update stock sheet

- Periodical stock checking

- Issue material to production dept. as per material request note received.

- Maintain minimum stock level.

- Maintain explicit and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.

- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

- Provide schedule, report, daily monitoring of dispatch by providing MIS report to the management.

- Coordinate with vendor for dispatch related activities.

- To plan & execute the dispatch of orders in a timely & organized manner.



To follow up with the production for the same if required.

- Awareness of ISO Documentation.

Requirements:

- Must be organized and punctual.

- Must have experience in Sheet Metal Industry.

- Must have knowledge of ISO Documentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tally ERP 9.

- Graduations is mandatory.

- 3-5 years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, or record keeping.
