Store Operations & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, store standards, visual merchandising and safety guidelines.

- Manage inventory, cash handling, stock availability and KPI reporting.

- Prevent stock-outs, excess inventory, shoplifting and operational risks.

Strategic Rollouts

- Ensure stores are launch-ready across manpower, infrastructure, IT and inventory.

- Manage store closure, refit and conversion activities.

Sales & Profitability

- Drive walk-in conversion, sales, acquisitions and upselling.

- Monitor MIS, store expenses and productivity; identify improvement opportunities.

People Management

- Manage daily rostering, team briefing, motivation and development.

- Address and escalate attrition and staffing issues.

Customer Experience

- Ensure adherence to customer experience standards.

- Optimize staff deployment based on demand and personally handle escalated customers.
