We are leading manufacturer and distributor of advanced security solutions, specializing in CCTV systems, PA systems, and serving as a national distributor of fire alarm systems and other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) products.

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations & Stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations, stock/inventory, and material records accurately.
- Handle material inward & outward, receiving, checking, and proper documentation.
- Check bills, invoices, delivery challans, and received goods for accuracy.
- Manage courier & transportation arrangements, coordination, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Handle the complete delivery & dispatch process as per management instructions.
- Ensure all materials are properly packed, carefully moved/loaded, and safely handed over to the concerned courier/transportation person for delivery as per instructions.
- Maintain packing materials, stock registers, Excel reports, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with Purchase,



Accounts, Sales, Project, Admin teams, transporters & courier partners.
- Handle basic administrative, stationery, and office support work along with store responsibilities.

Required Skills:

- Good MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills, follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in Store, Warehouse, Dispatch, Logistics Operations will be preferred.
