KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable functioning.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

- Plan work schedules, assign responsibilities, and conduct regular performance reviews of store staff.

- Drive store sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

- Monitor and manage stock levels; ensure timely inventory replenishment and minimize shrinkage.

- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with the HRMS/ERP system.

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.

- Manage daily cash handling, billing, reconciliation, and deposits with complete accuracy and accountability.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock delivery, returns, and issue resolution.

- Ensure store visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained.

- Implement company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines at the store level.

- Prepare and share store performance reports, sales data,



and inventory reports with management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 4-5 years of experience in retail sales, with prior experience in a store management or supervisory role.

- Solid Team Management and leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop store staff.

- Hands-on experience in Inventory Management, including stock audits, replenishment, and shrinkage control.

- Proven track record in Sales Management and achieving store revenue targets.

- Excellent Customer Handling skills with a focus on building a positive shopping experience.

- Sound knowledge of Cash Management, billing, and reconciliation processes.

- Experience in Vendor Coordination for stock, supplies, and issue resolution.

- Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating across teams and with customers.

- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRMS/ERP and POS systems preferred.
