Store Associate

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve popcorn, cotton candy, and other food products while maintaining quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.

- Operate popcorn machines and other store equipment safely and efficiently.

- Monitor inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.

- Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, kitchen, equipment, counters, storage areas, and customer service areas.

- Process customer orders received through online delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato accurately and promptly.

- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely order dispatch and customer satisfaction.

- Handle walk-in customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.

- Assist with billing, order packing, labeling, and cash handling when required.

- Follow company policies related to food safety, hygiene,



workplace discipline, and operational procedures.

- Support promotional activities, product displays, and other store-related activities.

- Work collaboratively with team members and managers to ensure smooth daily store operations.

- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management based on business requirements.
