Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Profile Summary

We are looking for a Stock Executive to manage day-to-day inventory activities at the warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, handling inward and outward stock, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring proper inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily stock and inventory activities at the warehouse.
- Handle inward and outward stock and ensure proper documentation.
- Verify received materials against invoices, delivery challans, and system records.
- Conduct physical stock counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Update stock movements in ERP/WMS/Inventory Management Software.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess, damaged, or missing materials.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch, Purchase, Sales, and Warehouse teams for stock requirements.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Prepare daily and periodic stock reports.
- Maintain proper records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Assist in Physical Stock Verification (PSV)



and stock reconciliation.
- Identify discrepancies between physical stock and system stock and report them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
- Monitor damaged and rejected stock and maintain separate records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory audits.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organized storage of inventory.
- Follow warehouse safety, security, and inventory-control procedures.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/qualification in Logistics, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain will be an advantage.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience in stock handling and physical stock verification.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS or inventory software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Positive documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
