We are inviting applications for the position of STEM Trainer for a three-month, on-site training engagement in Kanpur and Lucknow.

The selected trainers will work with students from Grades 6–8, delivering structured, hands-on learning in emerging technologies and helping students build strong foundations in STEM through practical projects, demonstrations, and guided activities.

? Certification: STEM Trainer Certification by IIT Kanpur upon successful completion of the training engagement

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Deliver engaging and age-appropriate STEM sessions for students of Grades 6–8

•⁠ ⁠Conduct practical training in Robotics, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, and Drone Technology

•⁠ ⁠Guide students through experiments, demonstrations, and project-based learning

•⁠ ⁠Explain technical concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner

•⁠ ⁠Support students in designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting STEM projects

•⁠ ⁠Work with microcontrollers, sensors, motors, actuators, and electronic components

•⁠ ⁠Encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, creativity, and innovation among students

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a structured, interactive, and safe classroom environment

Technical Knowledge Required

Candidates should have practical understanding of:

•⁠ ⁠Robotics & Automation

•⁠ ⁠Internet of Things (IoT)

•⁠ ⁠Artificial Intelligence fundamentals

•⁠ ⁠Drone Technology





•⁠ ⁠Electronics and basic circuit design

•⁠ ⁠Microcontrollers such as Arduino and ESP32

•⁠ ⁠Sensors, motors, actuators, and embedded components

•⁠ ⁠Basic programming and hardware integration
