State Head – Sales

? Salary: ₹10–12 LPA

? Location: PAN India

? Gender: Male / Female

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the state-level sales team
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business and revenue targets
- Drive market expansion and strengthen the company’s presence across the assigned state

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and key channel partners

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels

• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

• Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong field-level execution

• Set clear targets for the team and drive performance through effective leadership

• Work closely with management to develop and implement state-level growth strategies

✔ Proven experience in sales leadership / channel sales

✔ Robust knowledge of distributors and sales networks

✔ Ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results
