Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced State Head Collections to drive Two-Wheeler (TW) Soft Bucket Collections across the assigned state. The role involves developing collection strategies, managing state-level operations, improving collection efficiency and ensuring portfolio profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement state-level collection strategies and action plans for TW Soft Bucket portfolios.
- Drive achievement of monthly collection and business targets across assigned territories.
- Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency and collection efficiency.
- Lead and guide collection teams across multiple locations.
- Analyse portfolio trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure effective customer engagement and timely resolution of overdue accounts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve collection performance and reduce delinquency.
- Monitor productivity, cost of collections and operational efficiency.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
- Drive new initiatives to improve collection outcomes and state profitability.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an NBFC or bank.
- Strong experience in collections, recovery or vehicle finance, preferably Two-Wheeler finance.
- Experience managing collections across a state or multiple geographies.
- Solid leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse business data and develop strategic action plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in driving teams and delivering collection targets.
