About the Role

Pracemo Global Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Staffing Sales Specialist to accelerate our business growth. In this role, your primary focus will be acquiring new corporate clients, driving B2B sales, and building strong partnerships to fulfill organizations' talent acquisition and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities in the B2B market and build a robust pipeline of potential clients, including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and CXOs.
- Client Outreach: Proactively connect with decision-makers through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Pitching & Presentations: Effectively present Pracemo Global Solutions' staffing services (IT/Non-IT, Contractual, and Permanent) to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), commercial terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Account Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine and optimize sales strategies.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Staffing/Agency Recruitment Sales.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Target-Oriented: A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern lead generation tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
