State head plays a pivotal leadership role in the state managing P&L; responsibility for sustainable profitable growth in the business state ; managing a large geography for fuel and non-fuel sales, Budgets, Network expansion, Channel Management, Operations of Retail Outlets (RO) including supply chain management & statutory compliance.

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand company's customer base in the state.

- Target setting for each team member in line with AOP target for the state.

- Detail execution plan for achievement of AOP targets and assist/guide teams to achieve the same both Individual and team IKRAs

- Monitoring daily status reports including activity/ closings/ follow-up, and adherence to targets for the state

- Study market trends and develop feasible network expansion plans based on the market potential dynamics encapsulating market data & demographics, for both the company owned & operated and dealer-owned outlets in the state.

- Identify and study potential joint-ventures, alliances,



and strategic partnerships in-line with companys strategic aspirations to develop fuel and non-fuel retail business.

- Validate relevant proposals and facilitate selection and on-boarding of channel partners in the state after detailed review.

- To forecast, develop, and propose annual state budget
- To guide the team to optimize operating expenses.

- Review & monitor budget for deviation and to devise course correction where required

- Drive a sales and operations culture in Channel across the business state

- Establishing productive and robust working relations with Channel and facilitate timely resolution of issues

- Proactively lead a joint channel partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive channel partner.

- Develop team and review individual performance and share best practices to improve outcomes.

- Recommend training needs to ensure required competence level and develop succession plan within the team.
