Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Record transactions in the point of sales system correctly and timely
- Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
- Provides courteous service to guests and responds promptly to guest’s inquiries, complaints or requests.
- Maintain positive guest relations
- Be familiar with all services, features and local attractions activities in order to respond accurately to any guest inquiry or seek assistance in a prompt manner.
- Accommodate guest requests for change courteously
- Take guest’ food and beverage order utilizing suggestive selling techniques and following all departmental standards
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
- Knowledgeable of ingredients and prices of the food and beverage listed on the menu.




- Responds swiftly and effectively in any Lounge emergency or safety situations.
- Understands and adheres to safety, security policies and procedures.
- Familiar with company loyalty programs.
- Understanding of Food and Beverage Operating Manual policies and compliance.
- Adheres to F&B; Service Quality Standards.
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service in Highway Restaurants, Hotels, Airport Lounges, QSR, or Hospitality Chains preferred.
- Proficient in English and local language.
- Pleasant personality with positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing systems and cash handling.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
