About the Role

Jasper Software Solutions is looking for a Digital Growth Executive who can combine social media management, content creation, and digital marketing to build our brand and drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all company social media accounts.
- Create engaging posts, reels, short videos, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creative assets.
- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
- Improve organic reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Write website content, blogs, captions, and marketing copy.
- Research competitors and identify new digital growth opportunities.
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly growth reports.




- Support branding, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- Passion for digital marketing and branding.
- Strong creativity and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, AI tools, social media platforms, and content marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
