Regional Sales Manager (Dealer Network Development)

Location: [Gujarat 1 person, Maharashtra 1 person, M.P 1 person, Odissa 1 person, W.B 1 person. ]

They do not need to be form the main city can be form tire 2 cities as well.

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (1-5 years preferred)

Industry: Building Materials — Plywood, Laminates, WPC (Wood Plastic Composite)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors across the assigned state/territory
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing dealers to ensure consistent business growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region
- Conduct regular market visits to understand dealer needs, competitor activity, and local market trends
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and trade schemes within company guidelines
- Train dealers and their sales staff on product features, USPs, and positioning
- Monitor dealer performance, stock levels, and payment collections
- Plan and execute local promotional activities, dealer meets,



and product launches
- Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in plywood, laminate, WPC, or allied building materials industry
- Robust verbal communication and negotiation skills — confident, persuasive, and articulate
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred for local travel

Preferred Attributes
- Existing network of dealers/contacts in plywood, laminate, or WPC trade
- Local market knowledge of the assigned state
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales numbers
