NTT is contracted to manage provider pricing configuration which involves Payor Platform configuration, perform UAT, Integration Testing and Audit. Our NTT Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team has helped client to improve productivity,



TAT and quality to strengthen the configuration area and help our customer relationship stay competitive and improve member and provider satisfaction.

Position's General Duties and Tasks

In these roles you will be responsible for:
- Analyze operational dashboards to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to scale operations, increase margins, and expand service offerings
- Manage Configuring client System for Pricing and Benefit Configuration as per the requirement and according to defined business rules of new claims processing platform.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to scale operations, increase margins, and expand service offerings
- Manage end-to-end configuration processes across all LOB’s
- Enforce strict adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and client-specific privacy standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, participating in routine business rev
