Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documents with clients.
- Maintain and update customer database, leads, and sales records in CRM / Excel.
- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls for sales executives.
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for project execution.
- Track order status from booking to delivery and installation.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with accounts for billing.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Support in tender submissions, franchisee inquiries, and dealer coordination.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and sales events.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate critical matters to management.
