Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling and communicate professionally with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical and digital teams to prepare suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, company profiles, and service details.
- Schedule client meetings and participate in online/offline discussions and presentations.
- Negotiate with clients regarding services, pricing, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities and clients.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and recent clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/lead management system.




- Track the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up on pending proposals and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with the delivery, technical, digital marketing, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management regarding sales performance and pipeline status.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing qualification will be an advantage.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, telecalling, IT sales, or a related field.
