Job Title: Legal Executive

Job Summary:
The Legal Executive is responsible for providing legal support to the organization by drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing contracts, coordinating with external counsel, and assisting in dispute resolution. The role helps minimize legal risks while supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on business issues.
- Assist in handling legal notices, claims, and dispute resolution.




- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on legal implications.
- Support corporate governance and statutory compliance activities.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in intellectual property matters, licensing, and registrations, where applicable.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); LLM is an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, compliance, or law firm practice.
- Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.

Pay: ₹35,100.90 - ₹40,324.73 per month
