Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Department: Housekeeping
Location: Shyam Dairy Products, Prayagraj
Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years (Preferably in Dairy, Food Processing, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Industrial Plants)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline). Diploma/Certificate in Housekeeping or Facility Management will be preferred.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness of production areas, offices, laboratories, warehouses, washrooms, canteen, and common areas.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene as per GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and company guidelines.
- Prepare and manage housekeeping duty rosters and manpower deployment.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Ensure proper usage and safe handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, attendance, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and HR departments for housekeeping requirements.




- Monitor pest control activities and ensure hygienic conditions throughout the facility.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, PPE usage, and workplace discipline.
- Ensure timely availability of housekeeping materials and report shortages to the concerned authority.
- Ensure proper waste collection, segregation, and disposal as per company procedures.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and performance of housekeeping personnel.
