Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime
- bank and accounts reconciliation regularly
- Manage accounts payable and process vendor payments




- Prepare and process TDS PF PT payments, & workings Maintain
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR2B Reco, GSTR-3B)
- Coordinate and follow up with CA for GST PF PT & TDS compliance
- Prepare MIS reports (Product-wise revenue, expenses, fund reports, Debtors & Creditor Reports)
- Monthly and year-end closing activities
- Financial reporting including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Handle petty cash and maintain cash records
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and records
- Assist in audit activities and financial documentation
- Payroll Handling All activities Start to End.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valuable knowledge of Taxation (GST & TDS)
- Understanding of Financial Statements & Accounting Principles
- Experience in Internal Auditing
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (preferably Tally Prime)
- Strong Excel skills (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts
