Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hostel operations and resident management.
- Ensure discipline, security, and adherence to hostel rules.
- Address student concerns and grievances.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and mess services.
- Maintain hostel records, attendance, and occupancy.
- Handle emergencies and coordinate with security and the health centre.
- Prepare periodic reports and ensure compliance with University policies.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- 3-7 years of experience in hostel administration, student affairs, or residential institutions.
- Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to reside on campus (accommodation provided).
