We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience to support and execute YUJ Designs marketing initiatives across brand communication, social media, website, performance marketing, SEO, PR, content, and marketing operations.

This role is suited for someone who can work independently, coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams and external partners, and take ownership of execution from planning through completion.

The person will support the marketing function by ensuring that campaigns, content, digital channels, and marketing activities remain consistent, timely, accurate, and performance-oriented.

Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience managing multiple marketing channels, including social media, website, content, SEO, paid media, and PR.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Design, Content, Technology, Sales, Leadership,



and external agencies.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining trackers, managing timelines, and ensuring execution.
- Working knowledge of B2B marketing, lead generation, digital marketing funnels, and brand communication.
- Experience in a technology, design, consulting, SaaS, digital services, or professional services environment will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and execution issues proactively.

Skills We Seek:
- Strong understanding of brand communication, digital marketing, and B2B marketing.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Solid written communication, proofreading, editing, and content-quality skills.
