Role Overview
We're looking for an HR professional who combines robust operational HR execution with sharp analytical capability — someone equally comfortable managing employee lifecycle processes and building dashboards that drive leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations_
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data (attendance, leave, holidays)
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and ensure HR policy compliance
- HR Analytics & MIS_
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly HR MIS reports and dashboards
- Track and analyze headcount, attrition, attendance, leave utilization, and recruitment metrics
- Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership
- Reporting & Automation_
- Build advanced Excel reports (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables & Dashboards)
- Automate recurring reports; standardize trackers and templates




- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve reporting efficiency

Required Skills:
- 4-6 years in HR Operations
- Hands-on HRMS experience (GreytHR, Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, or similar)
- Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Data Validation, Advanced Formulas)
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools; Power BI/Power Query/SQL a strong plus
- High attention to detail; ability to work independently

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
