The Chargeback Specialist will be a key player in Global Payment Operations team that will help grow payment analytics globally at ACT.

This role will require an understanding of payment processing, fraud detection, and reconciliation, as well as the ability to work closely with various internal and external groups to mitigate and prevent future chargebacks

_ Analytics & Strategy_
- Analyse large-scale structured data; develop deep-dive analyses
- Organize a large amount of data
- Develop process to enhance chargeback process
- Regular progress and program reporting

_ Operational Excellence_
- Partner with respective team(s) to build, design, maintain, and automated dashboards and reporting

_ Stakeholder Engagement_
- Working collaboratively across multiple sets of stakeholders - Internal (Accounting, Retail Systems, D&A; groups, etc)



and external (Issuers, Payment Brands, Processors, etc)
- Articulate work results to management

_ Job Requirements_

_ Education_
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a background with history of data analysis, or equivalent work experience

_Relevant Experience_
- 2 plus years of work experience
- Relevant working experience data analytics
- End to End Program Management & Maintenance
- Ability to develop documented processes and procedures

_ Behavioural Skills_
- Proven experience in analytics

_ Knowledge_
- Payment processing knowledge is preferred
- Strong analytics skill-set
