Biigtech is a rapidly growing real estate developer focused on premium commercial, retail, office spaces, and mixed-use developments. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager from the real estate industry to drive our people strategy and support organizational growth.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, CRM, Projects, Finance, HR, and Corporate functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Manage Performance Management System (PMS), KPIs, and annual appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
- Design and implement training & development programs.




- Support manpower planning and organizational restructuring.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 6-10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in hiring for Real Estate Sales, CRM, Marketing, Projects, and Corporate functions.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Must have prior experience with a Real Estate Developer.
- Strong stakeholder management and team-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
