About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence, manage multiple accounts, lead the social media team, and ensure that content is planned, created, published, and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create and manage monthly/weekly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate with the social media team, including content creators, designers, video editors, copywriters, and other team members.
- Clearly communicate what content needs to be created, how it should be created, and the expected quality and timelines.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery from the team.




- Review and approve content before publishing to ensure it meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Guide the team on content ideas, trends, formats, hooks, captions, creatives, reels, stories, and overall execution.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and social media trends, algorithms, features, and content formats.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, memes, and opportunities that can be adapted for the brands.
- Develop innovative and engaging ideas to increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, messaging, and content quality across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the design, video, marketing, PR, performance marketing, and brand teams whenever required.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, followers, views, growth, and other relevant KPIs.
