Backend Team Leader - Admissions Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 Backend Executives.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with Admission Counsellors, Universities, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and prepare MIS reports.
- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and university guidelines.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in Backend or Admissions Operations.
- Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience (15-20 members preferred).:
- Experience in the Education/EdTech industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
