Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing & Branding Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing & branding strategies.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, and website content.
- Plan promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
- Create marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis.
- Design basic creatives using Canva/Photoshop/CorelDRAW.
- Edit basic promotional videos and reels.
- Coordinate with sales teams and external marketing vendors.

Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
- 5-10 years of marketing and branding experience.
- Experience in Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, graphic design, and basic video editing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
