About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior execution work at project sites from start to handover.
- Coordinate daily with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, fabricators, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and design specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as per schedule.
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain high workmanship standards.
- Take accurate site measurements before production and during execution.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities received at site.
- Report daily site progress with photographs and updates to the project manager.
- Identify and resolve in office issues quickly to avoid project delays.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Attend client meetings at site when required and communicate project progress professionally.
- Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and execution details.




- Prepare snag lists before project completion and ensure timely rectification.
- Support final handover, client walkthrough, and post-completion service visits.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Good understanding of modular furniture, civil work, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ability to read technical drawings and execution details.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil (any two preferred).
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and basic project documentation.
