Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and track customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with service engineers and assign service visits to hospitals and laboratories.
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of complaints.
- Maintain proper service records, complaint logs, and follow-ups.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) & CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) accounts and renewals.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding service updates and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine servicing timelines and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate internally with sales and technical teams for smooth client support.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare clients.

Requirements:




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of medical/laboratory equipment servicing preferred.
- Experience in customer service, service coordination, or healthcare equipment industry is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.

Pay: ₹10,368.29 - ₹34,169.58 per month
