Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com Passed
- CA Dropout preferred.

Experience
- Fresher (0-1 Year)
- NO MBA TRAINEE REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities Accounting
- Record accounting entries in Tally Prime/Busy/Zoho Books or other accounting software.
- Maintain books of accounts and ledgers.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Perform debtor and creditor reconciliations.
- Verify purchase and sales invoices.
- Assist in monthly and yearly book closing.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

GST Compliance
- Collect and organize GST-related documents from clients.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase register.
- Prepare GST working sheets.
- Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other GST returns.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents.
- Assist in GST notices and departmental correspondence.

Income Tax
- Prepare working papers for Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Assist in computation of taxable income.




- Verify Form 26AS, AIS and TIS.
- Prepare tax computation under supervision.
- Assist in responding to Income Tax notices.

TDS Compliance
- Prepare TDS working.
- Assist in filing quarterly TDS returns.
- Generate and verify Form 16 and Form 16A.
- Reconcile TDS with Form 26AS.

MCA & Other Compliance (Basic Exposure)
- Assist in maintaining statutory records.
- Organize documents required for ROC filings.
- Prepare compliance trackers.

Client Coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding pending documents.
- Maintain client files (physical and digital).
- Update task status in the firm's task management system.
- Prepare basic reports and MIS.

General Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Meet assigned deadlines.
- Learn current accounting and taxation laws.
- Support seniors during audits and assessments.
