Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise captains, stewards, waiters, and F&B; staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate responsibilities effectively.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, presentation, and guest experience.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and F&B; teams for timely and efficient service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor restaurant sales, daily revenue, and operational expenses.
- Achieve restaurant revenue and sales targets.
- Control food and beverage wastage and monitor operating costs.
- Manage restaurant inventory, stock levels, and requisitions.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant ambience.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, safety, and resort SOPs.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Coordinate with Banquet, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other resort departments.
- Prepare daily sales, inventory, staff, and operational reports.
- Support special events, promotions, and resort activities.





Requirements:
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a relevant qualification.
- Experience:3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or F&B; Supervisor in a resort/hotel/restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and F&B; operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, guest-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel, inventory management, and cost control.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Professional grooming and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
