Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end functional supportfor Primarily SAP PP and Secondary QM ensuring system reliability and adherence to business SLAs.
- Manage incidents, service requests, change requests, and enhancementsthrough structured processes.
- Lead and participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements; develop functional specificationsand design documentation.
- Perform system configuration and customizationto meet evolving business needs.
- Partner with ABAP development teamsfor custom solutions, interfaces, and reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with MM, SD, FI/CO, and other SAP modulesto ensure robust end-to-end business process integration.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing,and support user acceptance testing (UAT)phases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
- Provide knowledge transfer and trainingto power users and business stakeholders.




- Support continuous improvementinitiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
- Participate in go-live and post-go-live supportto ensure a smooth transition and system stabilization.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP functional experiencein Primary PP, Secondary QMmodules.
- Proven ability to configure and maintain key master data objects such as Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Storage Types/Bins, Inspection Plans, and MICs.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, including shop floor execution, inventory management, quality inspection, and logistics execution.
- Deep knowledge of integration touchpointsacross MM, SD, and FI/COmodules.
- Experience in EDI/IDoc processing, data interfaces, and system integration.
- Solid background in both SAP ECCand SAP S/4HA
